India’s First Kisan Rail Extended to Muzaffarpur, ECR Starts Barauni-Tatanagar Kisan Special

Central Railway will extend the Devlali-Danapur Kisan Rail parcel special train to Muzaffarpur Junction with revised timings from 14.8.2020 onwards, in response to suggestions from various merchants. The details with revised timings are as under:

Train no 00107 Weekly Kisan Rail will now depart Devlali at 18.00 hrs on Friday 14.8.2020, 21.8.2020 and 28.8.2020 and reach Muzaffarpur Jn. at 03.55 hrs on Sunday

Train no 00108 Weekly Kisan Rail will depart Muzaffarpur Jn at 09.45 hrs on Sunday 16.8.2020, 23.8.2020 and 30.8.2020 and will arrive Devlali at 19.45 hrs next day.

Halts: Nashik Road, Manmad, Jalgaon, Bhusaval, Burhanpur, Khandwa, Itarsi, Pipariya, Gadarwara, Narsingpur, Jabalpur, Katni, Satna, Manikpur, Prayagraj Chheoki, Pt. Deen Dayal Upadhyay Jn, Buxar and Danapur.

Composition: This train will have 10 parcel vans and one luggage cum brake van.

ECR Launches Kisan Rail Milk Train

East Central Railway has started India’s second Kisan Special service. Comprising of 4 milk tankers and 2 SLRs, the service has started from today between Barauni and Tatanagar.

The train will supply one tanker of milk to Hatia and Bokaro Steel City each. Tatanagar will get the remaining two tankers of milk.
