IRCTC Tejas Express Chugs Out Once Again Amidst Corona Pandemic

With the economy slowly getting back on track, IRCTC contributed in its own small way by resuming one of its most loved and prestigious Tejas Express on Ahmedabad Mumbai route over the territory of Western Railways.

With safety protocols in place like the adequate safe distance between 2 passengers, providing safety kits to all passengers and disinfecting the train before departure from Ahmedabad as well as from Mumbai Central, the Tejas Express once again is back on track amidst the Covid 19 Pandemic.

The crew was seen extremely excited to serve the passengers on board with a smile. The passengers too enjoyed travelling onboard the Tejas Express and were happy to once again relish the delicious menu served to them. Keeping in mind the Navratri fasting trend among the passengers, IRCTC has also introduced fasting menu and served Saatvic Alu ki sabzi with Raajgira Bhaakhri and Curd.

Keeping in mind the safety and convenience of passengers in this pandemic conditions, a 2 minutes halt at Andheri station was added in both the directions. This has however not affected the punctuality of the train running.

Tejas Brand has thus revived amidst the Covid 19 Pandemic with its Brand image of Punctuality, Safety, Speed, Reliability and High Service Standards.
