Vacant posts meant for persons with benchmark disabilities to remain so, till such persons are recruited IR says.The statement follows a protest by differently -abled applicants in New Delhi on October 23 against perceived irregularities in the filling up of posts reserved for them in the recent Level-1 recruitment exercise of the Indian Railways.
