Prabhat Kumar takes over as the new PCCM, CR

Prabhat Kumar, a 1993 batch Indian Railway Traffic Service (IRTS) has taken over as Principal Chief Commercial Manager, Central Railway.

Prior to this, he was Principal Chief Operations Manager, East Central Railway.
