Mumbai’s passenger reservation system (PRS) will shut down (downtime) for data compression is planned on intervening night of January 5 and 6, 2020.
PNR and coaching refund activities will not be available from 23.45 hrs of January 5, 2020 to 5.15 hrs of January 6, 2020. Refund will be done manually as per extant rules.
IVRS system, Current Reservation, Refund Counters, Coaching Refund terminal, Internet Booking for Mumbai PRS will not be available during the above period.
