Anupam Sharma, General Manager East Central Railway (ECR), on Tuesday met P M Prasad, Chairman and Managing Director, Central Coalfields Ltd in Ranchi on Thursday.
Improvement in rail infrastructure such as new sidings, new lines, doubling besides rail-over-rail bridges to ensure smooth connectivity for coal rakes was discussed.
Sharma also inspected the control room at Barka Kana situated in Dhanbad division of ECR.
