SER’s FY22 net plan outlay is Rs 3219.11 crore

South Eastern Railway has been allotted a net plan outlay of Rs 3219.11 crore in the Union budget for FY22.

The following amounts have been allotted for the financial year 2021-22 through budget grant:

 For electrical works including Traction an amount of Rs. 84.91 crore has been granted which is 149per cent more than revised grant of 2020-21

For Passenger Amenities an amount of Rs. 173.37 crores has been granted which is 58per cent more than revised grant of 2020-21

For Staff Welfare an amount of Rs. 43.06 crores has been granted which is 58per cent more than revised grant of 2020-21

For the Doubling Projects an amount of Rs. 1385.03 crores has been granted (including EBR) which is 36per cent more than revised grant of 2020-21

For Bridge Works an amount of Rs. 50 crores has been granted which is 27per cent more than revised grant of 2020-21

For Road Over Bridges & Road Under Bridges an amount of Rs. 389.99 crores has been granted which is 19per cent more than revised grant of 2020-21

For Signal & Telecommunication an amount of Rs. 145.65 crores has been granted which is 17per cent more than revised grant of 2020-21

For Level Crossings related to road safety an amount of Rs. 68.12 crores has been granted which is 16per cent more than revised grant of 2020-21
