WR to run additional Superfast Special between Bandra Terminus and Jhansi

With a view to meet the travel demand & for the convenience of passengers, Western Railway has decided to run an additional special train between Bandra Terminus and Jhansi w.e.f 3rd June, 2021.

The detail of the train are as follows: 

Train no. 02200/02199 Bandra Terminus – Jhansi Superfast Special Express (Weekly)

Train No. 02200 Bandra Terminus – Jhansi Superfast Special Express will depart from Bandra Terminus at 05.10 hrs every Saturday and will reach Jhansi at 05.00 hrs on Sunday. This train will run from 5th June, 2021 to 31st July, 2021. Similarly, Train No. 02199 Jhansi – Bandra Terminus Superfast Special Express will depart from Jhansi at 17.00 hrs every Thursday and will reach Bandra Terminus at 16.00 hrs on Friday. This train will run from 3rd June, 2021 to 29th July, 2021. Enroute this train will halt at Borivali, Vapi, Surat, Bharuch, Vadodara, Godhra, Dahod, Ratlam, Nagda, Ujjain, Maksi, Biyavra Rajgarh, Chachura Binagani, Ruthiyai, Guna, Shivpuri, Gwalior, Dabra and Datia stations in both directions. This train comprises of AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper Class and Second Class Seating coaches. 

The booking of Train No. 02200 will open on 7th May, 2021 at nominated PRS counters and on IRCTC website. For detailed information regarding timings of halts, passengers may please visit www.enquiry.indianrail.gov.in. It is worth mentioning that only passengers having confirmed tickets will be permitted to board this special train. Passengers are requested by Western Railway, to adhere to all norms, SOPs related to COVID-19 during boarding, travelling and at the destination.
