NFR to resume daily passenger train services between New Bongaigaon and Guwahati

Northeast Frontier Railway has decided to resume the services of two pairs of daily passenger special trains between New Bongaigaon and Guwahati for the benefit of local passengers. One train will run via Goalpara and another will run via Rangiya from September 22, 2021. Moreover, services of weekly special train running between Udaipur and New Jalpaiguri have been extended as per existing stoppages and composition to clear extra rush of passenger. 

Services of Train No. 05803/05804 New Bongaigaon – Guwahati – New Bongaigaon daily passenger special via Goalpara will resume leaving New Bongaigaon w.e.f. 22-09-2021 and leaving Guwahati w.e.f. 23-09-2021. The train will leave from New Bongaigaon at 17-05 hours to reach Guwahati at 21-40 hours and leave from Guwahati at 07-20 hours to reach New Bongaigaon at 12-15 hours.

Services of Train No. 05809/05810 New Bongaigaon – Guwahati – New Bongaigaon daily passenger special via Rangiya will resume leaving New Bongaigaon w.e.f. 22-09-2021 and leaving Guwahati w.e.f. 23-09-2021. The train will leave from New Bongaigaon at 16-45 hours to reach Guwahati at 21-25 hours and leave from Guwahati at 05-00hours to reach New Bongaigaon at 10-20 hours. 

Moreover, services of Train No. 09601/09602 Udaipur – New Jalpaiguri- Udaipur weekly festival special leaving Udaipur on every Saturday have been extended for the period from 25th September, 2021 to 25th June, 2022 and leaving New Jalpaiguri on every Monday have been extended for the period from 27th September, 2021 to 27th June, 2022.

The details of stoppages and timings of these trains are available in IRCTC website and are also being notified in various newspapers and social media platforms of N.F. Railway. Passengers are requested to see these details before undertaking their journey.

Passengers are requested to observe the Covid-19 related safety measures and instructions of their respective states during journey.
