Central Railway (CR) earned Rs 14441.23 crore for the 10-month period April 2025 -January 2026. This included passenger earnings of Rs.6,561.38 crore, goods earnings of Rs.6,741.29 crore, other coaching earnings of Rs.640.80 crore and sundry earnings of Rs.497.76 crore.
Other coaching earnings include earnings of Rs.108.58 crores through non‑fare initiatives and Rs. 209.97 crores through parcel transportation.
January 2026
During January 2026, CR booked total earnings of Rs.1579.80 crore. This included Rs.680.30 crore as passenger earnings, Rs.784.07 crore as goods earnings, Rs.63.90 crore as other coaching earnings and Rs.51.53 crore as sundry earnings.
Other coaching earnings include earnings of Rs.11.71 crore through non‑fare initiatives and Rs. 22.03 crore through parcel transportation.
