Railway Board has issued instructions to all zonal railways for provision of complete bedroll kit comprising linen and blanket to even RAC passengers travelling in AC Classes (except AC Chair Car), on par with other confirmed passengers in the coach.
Accordingly, all railway zones have instructed concerned officials, including onboard staff, TTEs, and housekeeping staff, to ensure strict compliance of the above directive with immediate effect.
Passengers facing any issue regarding non-provision of bedroll may contact the on-board TTE or register a complaint through RailMadad Helpline 139.
