For construction of road overbridge instead of level crossing gate No. 7 between Chittaranjan and Jamtara stations of Asansol Division, power & traffic block for four days will be taken on September 17, 21, 24 & 28, 2019 from 13.00 hrs. to 16.00 hrs. on both up & down main line.
Consequently, following train running arrangements will be done:-
RESCHEDULING OF TRAINS
1. 13007 Up Howrah – Shri Ganganagar Toofan Express will be re-scheduled by 2 hrs. from Howrah on the days of block.
2. 18420 Dn Jaynagar – Puri Express will be re-scheduled by 2 hrs. from Jaynagar on the days of block.
CONTROLLING OF UP TRAIN
1. 15235 Up Howrah – Dibrugarh Express wil be suitably controlled enroute for 90 minutes on the days of block.
· Besides, 6 long distance down trains will be suitably controlled enroute during the block.
Block is absolutely essential for safety in train running as well as infrastructural development and inconveniences likely to be caused is sincerely regretted.
