South Western Railway’s Hubballi station has been certified as an Eat Right Station by India’s food standards authority for a year.
Hubballi station is the first station in Karnataka to get this certification and 5th over Indian Railways.
Two vendors at Hubballi station, Neelam Food Plaza and Dinesh Singh Tomar Refreshment Room at the station were audited by OneCert International between December 2021 and January 2022, according to a statement released by South Western Railway.
Food Safety and Standards Authority of Karnataka & Herbalife Nutrition, New Delhi have awarded Eat Right Station certification to SSS Hubballi Station. This certificate is valid for a year.
