Hyderabad Metro extends hours as lockdown ends

With the lockdown being called off in Telangana, the Hyderabad Metro Rail announced extended working hours with effect from Monday 21st June.

The first train would start at 7am from all source stations while the last train would start at 9pm from all source stations and terminate by 10pm at all destinations.

Hyderabad Metro also reiterated their commitment towards Covid appropriate behaviour and urged commuters to respect the same.

“For everyone’s safety, passengers are advised to strictly follow the COVID-19 safety guidelines, including social distancing, wearing face masks, regular hand sanitisation, and thermal screening. Passengers are requested to cooperate with the security personnel and staff of Hyderabad Metro Rail in their efforts towards keeping their journey safe.”, said Mr. KVB Reddy, MD & CEO, L&T Metro Rail (Hyderabad) Limited
