Following a directive from the Railway Board to home electric locomotives in diesel loco sheds, several WAG-5 class locomotives, homed originally at Vadodra (BRC) Electric Locomotive Shed, have been transferred.
To Itarsi (ET) Diesel Locomotive Shed:
WAG-5 23464, 23546, 23731, 23795 and 23971
To New Katni Junction (NKJ) Diesel Locomotive Shed:
23984, 23985, 24459, 24462, 24465
Among other transfers, WAG-9 32256 has been transferred from Ludhiana (LDH) Electric Loco Shed (ELS) to Kanpur (CNB) ELS.
WAG-9 32261, 32387 and 32388 have been transferred from CNB to LDH.
