New Delhi – Kathgodam Shatabdi speeded up by 20 minutes

Starting June 10, train number 12039 / 12040  New Delhi – Kathgodam Shatabdi has been speeded up by 20 minutes in both directions according to a statement from North Eastern Railway.

The train from New Delhi to Kathgodam will depart at 0620 hours (instead of the existing 0600 hours) and reach Kathgodam at its existing time of 1140 hours each day.  Enroute, it will depart Ghaziabad at 0702 hours, Moradabad at  0855 hours, Rampur at 0928 hours, Rudrapur City at 1005 hours, Lalkuan at 1043 hours and Haldwani at 1110 hours.

In its return leg, the train will depart Kathgodam at its existing departure time of 1535 hours and reach New Delhi at 2050 hours (20 minutes earlier than its existing time of 2110 hours). Enroute, it will leave Haldwani at 1554 hours, Lalkuan at 1623 hours, Rudrapur City at 1648 hours, Rampur at 1739 hours, Moradabad at 1817 hours and Ghaziabad at 2007 hours.
