John Thomas, HAG/IRSEE and AGM of South Central Railway has been appointed General Manager, Southern Railway, according to a Railway Board circular.
A A Phadke, HAG/IRSEE and currently PCEE at South Central Railway, has been asked to look after the duties of the post of AGM of South Central Railway in addition to his current role for now.
