New Jasidih-Tambaram, TVC-Delhi Spls, Bengaluru-Mangalore Spl till May, More Coaches for Trains Announced

Indian Railways has notified the introduction of a new weekly special train between Jasidih and Tambaram, a one-time special service from Thiruvananthapuram to Delhi, the extension of the KSR Bengaluru-Mangalore tri-weekly special till May end and the addition of coaches to some trains. Details below:

Thiruvananthapuram Central – Hazarat Nizamuddin Superfast Special Train

Train No.04033 Thiruvananthapuram Central – Hazarat  Nizamuddin Superfast Special will leave Thiruvananthapuram Central at 00.30 hrs. on Wednesday, 31^st March, 2021 and reach Hazarat Nizamuddin at 22.44 hrs. on Thursday.

New Jasidih – Tambaram – Jasidih Weekly Superfast Special:

With the composition of One– AC 2 Tier, Six-AC 3 Tier Coaches, Ten-Sleeper Class Coaches, Two– General Second Class Coaches and One– Luggage cum Brake Van, Train No. 02376 Jasidih – Tambaram Weekly Superfast Special will leave Jasidih on Wednesdays at 13.20 hrs on and from 14^th April, 2021 and reach Tambaram at 22.25 hrs, the next day until further advice

In return direction Train No. 02375 Tambaram – Jasidih Weekly Superfast Special will leave Tambaram on Saturdays at 12.55 hrs on and from 17^th April, 2021 and reach Jasidih at 22.25 hrs, the next day until further advice

Train No. 06302/06301 Thiruvananthapuram – Shoranur – Thiruvananthapuram Special Trains will be permanently augmented by Three- Second Class Chair Car coaches Ex. Thiruvananthapuram and Shoranur with effect from 05th April 2021

The revised composition of the trains, after the permanent augmentation will  be AC Chair Car –1, Second Class Chair Cars-17, Luggage cum Brake Vans – 2

Train No.06649/06650 Mangalore – Nagercoil – Mangalore Special Trains will be permanently augmented by One-General Second Class Ex. Mangalore with effect from 01st April 2021 and Ex. Nagercoil with effect from  02nd April 2021
