SER has decided to run Tri Weekly Time Tabled Parcel Express Trains between Howrah-KSR Bengaluru-Howrah leaving Howrah on every Sunday, Wednesday and Friday w.e.f 28.06.2020 and leaving KSR Bengaluru on every Friday, Monday and Wednesday w.e.f 26.06.2020. The service of this Parcel Express train from Howrah will continue till 01.01.2021.
Howrah-KSR Bengaluru Parcel Express (00616) will leave Howrah at 11.00 hrs and will reach KSR Bengaluru at 02.30 hrs on third day. In the return direction, KSR Bengaluru-Howrah Parcel Express (00615) leaving KSR Bengaluru at 12.00 hrs will arrive Howrah at 04.00 hrs on third day. The Parcel Express will stop at Mecheda, Panskura, Kharagpur and Balasore under South Eastern Railway’s jurisdiction.
Beside this, one Bi weekly Parcel Express train will run between KSR Bengaluru and Dimapur (00617/00618) leaving KSR Bengaluru on every Tuesday & Sunday from 23.06.2020 to 27.12.2020 and leaving Dimapur on every Friday & Wednesday from 26.06.2020 to 30.12.2020. This parcel express train will stop at Kharagpur and Balasore in SER’s jurisdiction.
Another Weekly Parcel Express train will also run between Kacheguda and New Guwahati Goods Shed (00778/00779) leaving Kacheguda every Sunday upto 27.12.2020 and leaving New Guwahati Goods Shed every Tuesday upto 29.12.2020. This Parcel Express train will stop at Kharagpur and Howrah in SER’s jurisdiction.
