Mannequins Covered With Mask In Rail Museum, Hubballi

To spread the message of wearing masks as a social responsibility as part of preventive measures   against the coronavirus, SWR has put on Masks on life-size mannequins displayed in the Narrow Gauge coach at the Rail Museum at Hubballi.  This Railway museum was recently dedicated to the Nation by Hon’ble Minister of Railways, Shri Piyush Goyal, Hon’ble Union Minister for Parliamentary Affairs, Coal & Mines, Shri Pralhad Joshi, Hon’ble Union Minister of State for Railways, Shri Suresh Angadi and other dignitaries through video link.
 
The said coach in this museum depicts “Unity with Diversity” with life size statues of passengers from various parts of the country.  This coach is open to the public to get into and see the passengers and appreciate that Railways bridges distances and connects people. Citizens visiting this NG coach will be reminded of the rich diversity of India where people of varying cultures, religious beliefs and social status, live together in harmony.  The masks worn by the mannequins, remind citizens of the importance of wearing a mask, keeping social distance in wake of prevailing pandemic.
