Ahmedabad-Howrah Special Frequency Now Tri-Weekly

For the convenience of passengers and to clear the rush, it has been decided to increase the frequency of Ahmedabad- Howrah Special train from weekly to tri-weekly.

According to a press release issued by Shri Sumit Thakur – Chief Public Relations Officer of Western Rly, the frequency of Train No 02833/02834 Ahmedabad – Howrah – Ahmedabad Special train has been increased from weekly to tri-weekly w.e.f 15th September 2020.

Train No 02833 Ahmedabad-Howrah Special will leave Ahmedabad every Friday, Monday and Wednesday w.e.f 18th Sept, 2020 at 00.15 hrs & will reach Howrah at 13.30 hrs on the third day.

Similarly, Train No 02834 Howrah- Ahmedabad special train will leave Howrah on every Tuesday, Friday and Sunday w.e.f 15th Sept, 2020 at 23.55 hrs & will reach Ahmedabad at 13.25 hrs on the third day.

The train will halt at Nadiad Jn, Anand Jn, Vadodara Jn, Bharuch Jn, Surat, Udhna Jn, Bardoli, Madhi, Vyara, Navapur, Nandurbar, Dondaicha, Sindkheda, Amalner, Dharangaon, Jalgaon Jn, Bhusaval Jn, Malkapur, Nandura, Jalamb Jn, Shegaon, Akola Jn, Murtizapur, Badnera Jn, Chandur, Dhamangaon, Pulgaon Jn, Wardha Jn, Ajni, Nagpur, Kamptee, Bhandara Road, Tumsar Road, Tirora, Gondia Jn, Amgaon, Dongargarh, Raj Nandgaon, Durg, Bhilai PWR HS, Raipur Jn, Tilda Neora, Bhatapara, Bilaspur Jn, Akaltara, Janjgir Naila, Champa, Baradwar, Kharsia, Raigarh, Belpahar, Brajrajnagar, Jharsuguda Jn, Bamra, Rajgangpur, Rourkela, Kharagpur Jn and Santragachi Jn. stations in both directions.

The above pair of the train will have AC 2-Tier, AC 3-Tier, Sleeper Class and Second class seating coaches. This train will run as fully reserved train. The booking of additional trips of Train No 02833 as per increased frequency, will open from 14th September 2020 at all nominated PRS counters and on IRCTC website.
