Eastern Railway has shifted its passenger reservation system (PRS) counters at Howrah Station to the North Concourse of Old Complex Building near State Bank of India. The change is effective November 11, 2019, ER said in a statement.
Earlier, the PRS counters were at two separate locations in the Howrah station premises- one at second floor of new complex building and the other at Main Booking Office Old Complex.
