Konkan Railway: Special Trains for Christmas and New Year

It has been decided to run the following Special Trains in coordination with Central Railway to clear extra rush of passengers during Christmas & New Year 2021 / 2022.

1) Train no. 01287 / 01288 Dadar – Thivim – Dadar Bi-Weekly Special  (Fully Reserved) : 

Train no. 01287 Dadar – Thivim Bi-Weekly Special (Fully Reserved) will leave from Dadar at 00:35 hrs every Wednesday & Saturday from 18th December 2021 to 01st January 2022. Train will reach Thivim at 13:00 hrs on the same day.

Train no. 01288 Thivim – Dadar Bi-Weekly Special (Fully Reserved) will leave from Thivim at 13:30 hrs every Thursday & Monday from  20th December 2021 to 03rd January 2022. Train will reach Dadar at 00:20 hrs on the next day.

Train will halt at Thane, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Khed, Chiplun, Sawarda, Sangameshwar Road, Ratnagiri, Adavali, Rajapur Road, Vaibhavwadi Road, Kankavali, Sindhudurg, Kudal and Sawantwadi Road stations.

Composition: Total 17 Coaches = First AC – 01 Coach, Composite (First AC + 2 Tier AC)  -01 Coach, 3 Tier AC – 02 Coaches, Sleeper – 04 Coaches, Second Seating – 07 Coaches, SLR – 02.

2) Train no. 01290 / 01289 Thivim – Panvel – Thivim  Tri-Weekly Special (Fully Reserved):

Train no. 01290 Thivim  – Panvel  Tri-Weekly Special (Fully Reserved) will leave from Thivim at 13:30 hrs. every Wednesday, Saturday & Sunday from 18th December 2021 to 02nd January 2022. Train will reach Panvel at 22:45 hrs on the same day.

Train no. 01289 Panvel – Thivim Tri-Weekly Special (Fully Reserved) will leave from Panvel at 00:15 hrs. every Thursday, Sunday & Monday from 19th December 2021 to 03rd January 2022. Train will reach Thivim  at 13:00 hrs on the same day.

Train will halt at, Sawantwadi Road, Kudal, Sindhudurg, Kankavali, Vaibhavwadi Road, Rajapur Road, Adavali, Ratnagiri, Sangameshwar Road, Sawarda, Chiplun, Khed, Mangaon and Roha stations.

Composition: Total 17 Coaches = First AC – 01 Coach, Composite (First AC + 2 Tier AC)  – 01 Coach, 3 Tier AC – 02 Coaches, Sleeper – 04 Coaches, Second Seating – 07 Coaches, SLR – 02.

3) Train no. 01291 / 01292 Pune Jn. – Karmali – Pune Jn. Weekly Special  (Fully Reserved) : 

Train no. 01291 Pune Jn. – Karmali Weekly Special (Fully Reserved) will leave from Pune Jn. at 17:30 hrs every Friday from 17th December 2021 to 07th January 2022. Train will reach Karmali at 06:00 hrs on the next day.

Train no. 01292 Karmali – Pune Jn. Weekly Special (Fully Reserved) will leave from Karmali at 09:20 hrs every Sunday from 19th December 2021 to 09th January 2022. Train will reach Pune Jn. at 23:50 hrs on the same day.

Train will halt at Lonavala, Kalyan, Panvel, Roha, Mangaon, Khed, Chiplun, Sawarda, Sangameshwar Road, Ratnagiri, Adavali, Rajapur Road, Vaibhavwadi Road, Kankavali, Sindhudurg, Kudal, Sawantwadi Road & Thivim stations.

Composition: Total 22 Coaches = 2 Tier AC  -01 Coach, 3 Tier AC – 04 Coaches, Sleeper – 11 Coaches, Second Seating – 04 Coaches, SLR – 02.

4) Train no. 01294 / 01293 Karmali – Panvel – Karmali Weekly Special (Fully Reserved) :

Train no. 01294 Karmali – Panvel Weekly Special (Fully Reserved) will leave from Karmali at 09:20 hrs. every Saturday  from 18th December 2021 to 08th January 2022. Train will reach Panvel at 20:00 hrs on the same day.

Train no. 01293 Panvel – Karmali Weekly Special will leave from Panvel at 22:00 hrs. every Saturday from 18th December 2021 to 08th January 2022. Train will reach Karmali  at 06:00 hrs on the next day.

Train will halt at Thivim, Sawantwadi Road, Kudal, Sindhudurg, Kankavali, Vaibhavwadi Road, Rajapur Road, Adavali, Ratnagiri, Sangameshwar Road, Sawarda, Chiplun, Khed, Mangaon and Roha stations.

Composition: Total 22 Coaches = 2 Tier AC  -01 Coach, 3 Tier AC – 04 Coaches, Sleeper – 11 Coaches, Second Seating – 04 Coaches, SLR – 02.
