North Western Railway (NWR) has renamed Jawai Bandh station (station code JWB) located in NWR’s Ajmer division as Sumerpur Jawai Bandh with immediate effect. The new station code for Sumerpur Jawai Bandh is SJWB.
NWR, in a statement, said that the change of name has been effected acceding to the demands of the people from the region.
