Rahul Kumar, an Assistant Signal Technician /Works, was run over by a goods train while working in Mughalsarai division of East Central Railway .
According to a tweet by the Indian Railways Signal & Telecom Maintainer’s Union, the unfortunate incident happened between KM marker 621/29A and 621/31 A in the Bhabhua Road -Durgauti block section .
